STAGE AND POWER REQUIREMENTS:


Stage:

The Worx requires a stage area sufficient in size to accommodate stage gear and performance- a minimum of 20’ depth x 25’ wide x 2’ height.    Two risers for  Drums and Keyboards -  8' wide x 8' deep x 2' in height.

The Worx requires a space 8’ deep x 10’ wide for front of house sound equipment, no less than 40’ and no more than 100’ from the front of stage and as close to center of the house as possible.

The Worx promotional crew requires a space 8' wide by 6' deep in a location that crew may choose to meet their satisfaction within reasonable means.

Power:
(1) The Worx require 100 amp - 220 service. two hook ups within 20’ from the stage in the form of
two - 3 prong range sockets (NEMA 10-50R  - 50 AMP 125/250 Volt 3-wire/None Grounded) with a separate earth ground OR
two - 4 prong Range Sockets  ( NEMA 14-50R - 50 AMP 125/250 Volt 3-Pole/4 Wire Grounded ).
(2) If that isn't possible, a 100 amp rated, disconnect box OR two 50 amp disconnect boxes to  hard wire in tails.
(3) If that isn't possible, two open 50 amp breakers to hard wire in tails

Any damages due to power surges, improper power voltage, or bad house wiring is purchaser or house responsibility. In the case there is not a house electrician, The Worx are not , in any way, liable for any damages or fines.


ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

No performance on the engagement shall be recorded, reproduced, or transmitted from the place of performance, in any manner or by any means whatsoever, in the absence of a specific written agreement with the Worx relating to and permitting such recording, reproduction, or transmission.

Outdoor events:

The Worx compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. The Worx require a 70% deposit of total contracted amount for any outdoor event. Cancellation of event due to weather forfeits deposit. Cancellation of event after departure of crew or musicians in route to the event, forfeits total amount of contract.

Worx equipment will be set up once......in the case the event is moved indoors, the artists are not liable to reset up indoors. Such a move will cost a minimum of $ 800.00.

Artists require protection from the elements; Sun, wind and rain. The Worx require the stage as well as the front of house Equipment covered by tent, Hard roof, Etc.

In the event of cold weather, Purchaser will supply Kerosene forced air heaters sufficient enough to maintain stage temperature above 65 degrees. The Worx reserve the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel said performance should the weather pose a potential danger to the artists, audience, or crew. Every effort will be made to continue the performance; however, safety is paramount in all decisions.

Outdoor events with out fixed , permanent restroom facilities for the public and Port-a-johns are used.
The Worx require a Port-a-john back stage  or within a close proximity by the stage for band, crew and band guest only.   Due to limited time during breaks,   It is for the Bands convenience and not to be used by the general public.

Decibel Level:
The Worx performs at 100 - 115 db, depending on venue and crowd size. Sound technician for the Worx has absolute control and sole right to decide what level, within noise ordinance by law, is best suited for the venue .

Accommodations:
When accommodations are negotiated into a contract, the Worx require 4 double (minimum 3 star rated) hotel rooms which must be available upon arrival of crew or musicians.


Security:
Purchaser is responsible for the personal security and protection of the Worx while on stage performing or in the venue property during the event. Purchaser shall be liable for any damages or losses to Worx’, or any of the sub-contractors’ instruments and equipment.. This includes any damages by flood or fire or theft caused by purchasers guest, members of his/ her organization, employee’s, or any other party in attendance whether invited or not.

Each 10' section contains -2 par 64's, 6 par 56's , and 6 par 36's with 2 NSI dimmer packs per section.
